Try disabling Lambda (simply unplug the frequency valve) and see what that does for you. Your CIS (Constant Idle Speed) system may also be failing. When I ran K-Jet with balance screw idle and no Lambda (my Euro-spec fuel distributor wasn't even set up for external regulation), my idle never fluctuated as stock DeLoreans are prone to do.
