No, Matthew, nothing to very little ever cross reference to a Delorean. You
have to be a parts man like I am to come up with new / better parts that can
be used on the car thru specifications. 99% of all catalogs don't even list
DeLoreans because of the short life much less cross reference parts. Almost
everything on the DeLorean underbody was made for someone else, the trick is
to find out who it was made for. I must have 20 feet of catalog from
different manufactures plus all the computer sources and it's still a
challenge. 
It's what I do and it's a full time project. I make a lot of parts and buy
some that have already been made. If you want to see how good of a parts
person you are here in the US, no over the pond to participate, try to find
a upper ball joint equal that will bolt on.
