[DML] The "new" Delorean mentioned in Car and Driver

Page 91 under WINNERS it was stated:

The Delorean which will be assembled near Houston from stockpiled parts 
by the (new)Delorean Motor Company and sell for $57,000.

P.S. As a side note they also mention another long time orphan being 
remade the Avanti. Was not that car always being remade from day one?
