[DML] Introducing New Moderators

I am very pleased to announce that Andy Lien and Josh Haldeman have
agreed to join the DeLorean Mailing List moderating team.  Andy and
Josh are taking the places of Dave Swingle and Knut Grimsrud.  Dave,
as most of you know joined the ranks of DeLorean service providers
when he opened DeLorean Motor Company Midwest.  Knut is looking 
to take a break after providing years of service to the moderating team.

Andy and Josh have been assigned their flame-proof underwear and 
keyboards and have been added to the rotation.  They will be starting 
their stints over the next few weeks.  This brings the moderating team 
back up to six members.  In addition to Andy and Josh, we have:

Mike Griese - Moderator of moderators and list owner
Mike Substelny
Marty Maier
Rich Acuti
