A bit of very important news to pass on to everyone who is coming to the show from out of the local area. When I spoke today to the hotel manager at the Tropi Rock Hotel to reserve Jeffrey Weissman's room for the weekend, we discussed the subject of room availability, and it is getting a bit scarce there. At the present time it is getting so close to the show that the Tropi Rock has had to release any unbooked rooms they may have been holding aside for our group back into open booking status for anyone who wants them. With the film festival in town, rooms elsewhere will be at a premium, if available at all. As of 14 October, there are now only 8 ROOMS still remaining in the entire hotel, some standard $76 rooms, and some efficiencies at higher rates, so if you haven't booked your room yet, HURRY UP AND DO IT NOW while you still can, or you'll be forced to stay somewhere else, and most likely pay a lot more too, as they WILL fill up with OTHER people if you wait too long! You can call the hotel directly at the toll-free number (1-800-987-9385) on their web site at www.tropirock.com to be SURE that they've got your booking, and tell them you're with Florida Delorean Festival.
