Since this is only happening in Park and neutral just make sure the idle switch is tripping. You might be at a point with wear in the throttle spool and link rod, that you have developed a hair trigger situation. When you put the transmission in a loaded position. It rocks the engine forward or backwards just enough to stretch the linkage and make the switch trip. You probably just need to extend the linkage rod between the spool and butterfly assembly to take out some play.
