I disagree. I feel it is not an original DeLorean nor is it a kit car, in the strictest sense. To be original, it had to built by DMC during regular production time. If it was built 25 years later, and/or by anyone BUT DeLorean Motor Company, then it is certainly NOT an 'original' DeLorean. It just happens to be made of the same parts. I think 'new DeLorean', though cliche, is exactly what the car is. Especially considering it has a totally different frame and other updates. It is not a kit car either. A kit car is normally built by the end-user. That said, I wouldn't mind having a 'new DeLorean' too.... I just don't want the first one :-) Andy In a message dated 09/15/2007 7:58:06 P.M.
