RE: [DML] Electrical Gremlins

Geoff, I make a lot of tools for cleaning. That is one of them with a brush
on a twisted wire I can chuck into the drill. Always use some electrical
grease on the contacts for better over all use and plug and un-plug several
times.
The reverse light switch is on the web site so you can see what it looks
like. It's on the side of the transmission with a 2 wire plug going to it.

Subject: [DML] Electrical Gremlins

Greetings All,

Well, after two years of "blissful" Delorean ownership, I just got
another Delorean! Probably the second silliest thing I've ever done. :)

Anyway, I'm now in the process of banishing some gremlins, and have a
couple of questions:

1) Does anyone know the proper way to clean a bulb and socket? When
signaling, my directionals worked only in "fast blink" mode. I
replaced the rear boards/bulbs, and cleaned the front bulbs and
sockets with rubbing alcohol. Now they all blink fine, but the left
front parking light is out. I think that the connection isn't clean
enough.

2) The reverse lights are inoperative. Since I installed new
boards/bulbs, I think it must be the revers light switch. I searched
the shop manual, but can't find its location. Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance for any feedback!
