My car's skin has been meticulously cleaned since I got it. My daughter and her significant other wash it so much I'm surprised it has not rusted. But you have a problem, No sun. Baking powder gently rubbed with the grain. I have cleaned my stainless steel tools. Not bad. Check a small spot first. Rinse it quickly. Lots of rinse water. --- Scot Stern <Scotstern@xxxxxxx> wrote: > --- In dmcnews@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx, "John Slupski" > <slupa@...> wrote: > > > > I was washing my D one warm but cloudy New England > afternoon and had > > just finished scrubbing the hood with a > combination of lukewarm water > > and Dawn liquid when I received an urgent call. > Without rinsing the > > hood, I rushed to take the call.
