I was washing my D one warm but cloudy New England afternoon and had just finished scrubbing the hood with a combination of lukewarm water and Dawn liquid when I received an urgent call. Without rinsing the hood, I rushed to take the call. Unfortunately, the sun came out while I was on the call and now I have water marks on the hood that will not go away. I've tried Windex and stainless steel cleaner and they make the hood look shiny for a day or so but then the water marks return, more prominent than ever. Any thoughts on how to get rid of them for good? Thanks!
