John, what FP connection are you talking about? the harness at the pump, at the inertia switch, or in the fuse box? Pumps draw about 6 to 8 amps. While checking it out I felt the fuel pump connection and it felt hot. Could be ground connection or pump relay? Does anyone know what the amp draw should be for the fuel pump? Put my doors on and installed the torsion bars. Realized why you should never remove one torsion bar and leave the other under full stress, it causes the torsion bar support structure to shift. I found that with a door support and a piece of rope it was a relatively easy job to install the torsion bars by myself. If anyone whats the technique they can email me, if I post it here I will never hear the end of it.
