Andy, The #6 fuse is connected to three main items all of which are 'hot' all the time: the stalk that controls direction signals, horn and high beams. Second the hazard signal switch and third the buzzer logic box. Easiest way to trouble shoot is disconnect a system at the appropriate plug. Start with the stalk---that plug is located under the dash next to the steering column. If no change, then disconnect the buzzer box, up above the steering column, under the dash. Last, the hazard connector since it is the hardest to reach. My bet is on the stalk. These are getting old and have a lot of dirt and corrosion in them collected over the years. The horn portion of it is the first part to go. Let us know what you come up with.
