You have to first make sure that it is the pan gasket that is actually leaking. Other possible sources are: Overfilled transmission (which will leak from everywhere) "O" ring for dipstick tube Connector for solenoids Multi-switch Modulator Pump gasket Plug for line test pressure Any stripped bolts holding the pan on. I would make sure all of the tapped holes are OK and all of the bolts are not crossed or stripped. Check that the pan is not bent and replace the filter and gasket. Refill being careful to NOT overfill the transmission. Also check the final drive. Different fluid, use 85-90W. Again, do not overfill. The torque for the "Fluid Pan Attaching Bolts" is 3-4 NM or 2-3 FT/LBS. Any tighter and you will either strip the case or bend the pan.
