Wilson, It all depends on how well you want to preserve the car and the type of insurance it has. If the car is in great shape, no dings, stay out of parking lots. More accidents happen in parking lots and people often just drive away. In some states police will not do anything about an accident in a parking lot except write a report. If you have classic car insurance, you are not allowed to take the car to the store. If you have regular insurance you can park way out in the lot, but an accident can still happen. Enjoy your car!
