Look for the jack again. It is supposed to "live" in the very front compartment in the front trunk (bonnet). In the middle in the front is a cover held in by two Dzeus screws. 1/4 turn should release them and the jack shold be in there in a vinyl bag with the lug wrench. The jack handle is not in the bag, it should also be in the compartment loose. If you truly don't have a jack try the Delorean vendors.
