I just came back from the Bricklin Car Show in Leominster, MA. The
Gettysbugh Car Show presentation was well recieved by the 125 attendees. The
club president, Jim Wajda, took at least 15-20 minutes at the Sat
dinner/awards to explain the event. He enthusiastically supported the show
and is shooting for at least 50 Bricklins to compliment the 200 "D"'s Ken is
expecting to attend.

Malcom Bricklin was the key note speaker at the Sat dinner. He is back in
the car business again with a Bricklin II. It will supposedly be:

* $40,000 E-Class hybred. 
* Built in China
* Get between 80-100 MPG. 
* Designed to be a non-gull wing 4 door
* Be introduced here in 2010. 

We saw pictures of the clay model mold that has already been developed by
Herb Grasse, the original Bricklin Designer. The new car will carry over the
4 hood indentations from the original design but everything else is new.
Does this all sound familar???
