[DML] 3 Speed on Fan Blower Not Working

My AC fan speed number three does not work. Speeds 1,2 and 4 work but 
not three. I checked the #3 relay in the fuse box and it looks like 
it's fine. I even switched the #3 and #4 relays. I checked the 
connectors going to the relays and they appear to be intact. I was 
doing some work on the radio recently. Is it possible that a wire could 
have come off the fan switch disabling the #3 speed?
