Very common to be a vacuum leak but anything that is unbalanced between the cylinders can cause this. A mis-gapped spark plug, a bad wire, dirty injectors, etc can also be the cause or contribute to the problem. Not harmful, more annoying. A complete tune-up could make it better if not fix it completely. When was the last time anything was changed?
