Sounds like a problem with the door lock cylinder. You will have to pull it and take it to a locksmith. He may be able to repair it. If you have the 2 key system just order the one key system from your favorite vendor and have it installed. The other cheaper way would be to just switch the door lock cylinders between the two doors. Don't think this is the only problem you will find!!!!! You have a long way to go. Start making a list.
