[DML] How does warning buzzer work

Can someone provide a description of how the warning buzzer works?  My
headlights warning does not work and that is the one most needed (I'm use to
the auto lights in the Astro).  
 
Here is what I suspect from the wiring diagram in connector order (colors
may be wrong/missing, the wiring diagram is fuzzy):
 
- P senses headlights --Do they go to 12vdc when lights are on?  And Ground
when off? (my P produces 12vdc both on & off ???)
- PW Senses Door switch - What signals does it get?
- ?? senses seat belt - grounded when closed
- Goes to the seat belt light (and looks like it connects to all other dash
warnings?)
- ?? to ground --Module ground?
- WR to ignition - 12vdc when on?
 
Is there a circuit diagram for the unit?
 
I'm trying to determine if it is the module or something funky in the
wiring.  The P wire having 12vdc when the lights are on & off makes NO
SENSE.
