It sounds like the door or the anchor pins need to be adjusted. This is not really a good job to learn on. Try to find another owner in your area who has done this adjustment before. If you can't we can talk you through it if you have some mechanical ability and some metric open-end/box wrenches. Start by figuring out EXACTLY what is hitting and when. Does the door hit the underbody or is it hitting the anchor pins? Do you have the door guides? If it is hitting the anchor pins, is it hitting on the head or are they lining up into the center of the latches? This is a hard procedure to help by remote control. A good way to start is to remove the offending anchor pin and adjusting the remaining one until it is perfect then reinstalling the other one and trying to get it perfect too.
