Not speaking of putting LEDs in the door lights and panel lights, has anyone had luck replacing tail lights and front turn signal/parking lights with LEDs? The problem I see is that the housings on the larger lights are made to reflect light from 360 degrees (a regular light bulb). An LED shoots light straight forward. So if you put an LED in place of a round bulb in your tail light housing, I think you'd just see a small bright dot instead of the housing filling with light. Any thoughts?
