[DML] Aligning idle speed motor to to pipe

I'm having a heck of a time re-installing the Idle speed motor hose and
pipe that feeds into the air/fuel unit.
 
I inserted the pipe into the air/fuel unit before angling that into
position, but I cannot get the rotation of the tube right, or something.
I just cannot get this all back together properly, although I've done it
before.  I've just decided to give up for the night.  Any advice
appreciated.
