It is possible? maybe? that you have some kind of problem with the pedal linkage. If you can rule out the pedal linkage, the master cylinder, and the slave cylinder you are left with the throwout bearing not sliding on the input shaft or some kind of bind-up with the pressure plate. In either case it will mean removing the transmission and digging into the clutch.
