Otherwise, water droplets can physically damage the turbo's compressor as they impact into the blades. And if the water supply isn't cut off before or right as the engine stops, you're gonna get rust and oxidation inside the engine's intakes. Plus a puddle of water that's gonna get sucked into the combustion chambers as well. And still you've got to make sure that pure distilled water is used as well.
