A wiring problem or a bad Otterstadt. Pull the wires off it (the Otterstadt) and start the car. Make sure the Mode switch is OFF. If the cooling fans run it is a wiring problem or a bad relay. If you are still using the origional fan fail relay get it out and either bypass it or do something eles but DO NOT continue using the fan fail relay. BTW the fans turning off is probably the circuit breaker popping. Sounds like you need the relay upgrade kit which includes uprated circuit breakers for the cooling fans and the heater fan. Also make sure your inertia switch has the white paint splotch and is mounted by the bonnet release handle (should be with your vin # but worth checking). Evey once and a while it will turn off but most of the time it stays on. Is this a bad relay? Usually it periodically turns on and off when cooling is needed. > Thanks, > JAS > > [Non-text portions of this message have been removed] > To address comments privately to the moderating team, please address: moderators@xxxxxxxxxxx For more info on the list, tech articles, cars for sale see www.dmcnews.com To search the archives or view files, log in at http://groups.yahoo.com/group/dmcnews Yahoo!
