[DML] removing instrument cluster/binnacles

How difficult is it to remove the binnacle that houses the instrument 
cluster? I want to get in there to clean and also I want to replace 
the light bulbs with white LEDs but I have no idea whats involved with 
removing the binnacle. Where can I get instructions?
