[DML] BLINKER TROUBLE

My left blinker in the dash instruments stays lit constant (very slightly) whenever the lights are, I guess it is still getting power but why and how to fix it. It is very annoying, otherwise it works fine a little faster than the right one, however, which is also annoying.
   
  Any suggestions.
