Hi Rob, I have the same problem with my driver's side mirror glass. >From Ed Uding (DMC Europe) I learned that there are two small red plastic parts behind the mirror that have some kind of flat spring on both sides of that part. In my mirror those springs were gone in the wind, causing the glass to wiggle as it pleases. You should take away the glass and then find a way to recreate the missing flat spring. Re-assemble when done and your problem is over.
