I second that.  It is a new, state-of-the-art facility that hosts 
many conventions as well as meetings with auto makers and their 
dealers.  Easy access right next to the highway, minutes from the 
airport and with many hotels, restaurants and amenities right there.  
Every car could fit inside and there is massive parking available 
right on the grounds as well, new pavement and nicely landscaped.  

And of course the John DeLorean memorial tour could be conducted as a 
major event - John's birthplace, his old GM HQ location, DMC offices, 
etc. 

A perfect choice.
