In addition to what David T. wrote here, there are a few more things to consider when your doors are in need of adjustment. It is always good to ask WHY they need adjustment BEFORE you adjust them, since there may be a few different root causes. As our DeLoreans age, there is a good chance the metal roof section can detach from the fiberglass underbody, which can effect the position of the door opening and while at rest. Always check into possible causes before you attempt to fix.
