Knut did a great job of explaining the new concourse event. There are two big advantages to the new Millennium concourse. As Knut eluded to, this is no longer a competition between cars. It is a certification against a standard of the DeLorean car. This means if 5 cars enter, all can reach the highest level, or none depending on the quality of the cars. Also, those who are familiar with the Corvette Bloomington Gold certification know the value this brings to cars for resale value. Those that watched the recent Barrett Jackson event heard the certification used as validation of the authenticity and quality of the car. I think it is our goal to bring this kind of value also to the participants of the Millenium Concourse Stainless award. I am sure there will be a lot of discussion and questions on the new format. I just want to say I think it is a great leap for the event and the marque!
