happened? I have no objection to them using me to sell magazines. :) Sascha asked to do a feature, and I had no objection to it. I have met him a number of times now, and all of my experiences with him have been positive. What does a feature about me have to do with my opinion on how they are marketing their upcoming event? I expect that the people who choose to attend the DOA event will have a great time, I just felt the advertisement was targeted to the "elite" types that like to think their $30K DeLorean is as good as a million dollar super car and therefore want to associate it with a "lifestyle". THERE IS NO DELOREAN LIFESTYLE, and that is the way I like it. Meeting people from ALL walks of life at these events. Sometimes the ONLY thing we have in common is the admiration for a particular automobile. "... For an event that will redefine DeLorean class and Style. Dress will be formal." The placement of these statements sets a tone for the advertisement. Redefine class? I am fine with it the way it is. I would not want to show up in Vegas, and bring the "class" level down. You can put me in "formal" dress, but I will still be too stupid to keep my mouth shut when I have an opinion on something. :) --- Alistair McCann <pilot25dmc@xxxxxxxx> wrote: > You and your car BOTH featured in Delorean World a > couple of issue ago, what the hell has > happened between you and the DOA since?? ____________________________________________________________________________________ Never miss an email again!
