[DML] Bolts holding Foam Bumper

It appears to me from the parts manual that there are two bolts holding 
the front foam bumper to the fiberglass. Is this corect? The two bolts 
I see are the ones in the turn signal recess hole.

I need to replace a couple rivnuts holding bolts on the front panels. 
Can anyone give me directions on how to do that?
