Guessing, since this is very limited info, I would say you have the vacuum advance and idle solenoid hooked up incorrectly. I would check the vacuum lines - carefully - and be sure the solenoid is functioning correctly. The micro switch that activates the solenoid, on some, can be connected to a "backwards" on-off.
