Yes, I can... I will have to look around but I had a magazine that explained how in the later episodes they modified the original Coyote with a new version that used a DeLorean as the base. They basically put the Coyote font and back on a DeLorean, and then cut out the tops of the doors to make a sunroof of sorts. I think it was due to the other older actor not being able to climb in and out of the other car because of his back trouble. But...yup, it's a DeLorean.
