Hi Chris (and other DMLer's),

I'm sorry that the error in your VIN has not been corrected. I'm sure there are a number of errors in the list, and I hope the owners will flag them for me so I can get them fixed.

There are a couple different forms on the DMCNews web site. There is 
one for the DeLorean Owners Directory which does not go to me, but 
instead goes to Ken Montgomery who manages that list. I do get a 
drop/update from Ken on his list and that is one of the sources of 
information that goes into the overall DMC VIN list that I compile.

The form at the following page is the one that I receive directly:

I apparently have not received your updates (or delivery failed or 
some other snafu occurred). For VIN 5255 the data in my list was 
provided on Feb 17, 2004 from the DeLorean Owners Directory. Before 
that I received a listing through the UK club. Both of those entries 
had the same information.

Unfortunately, in your note you don't indicate what the wrong 
information is or what the appropriate correction is.

Instead of posting data to the DML, folks can either drop me a note 
directly, or re-fill the form at the link I indicated earlier in 
this note. It's very helpful to get updates in order to improve the 
accuracy of the list. I'll post some suggestions for making good 
updates in a separate note.
