John, I replied to both of your emails, and both came back as undeliverable. I think Warren did once, as well. I have posted a photo in the DMCHelp.com forums showing how they are mounted. I think, however, it makes more sense to use the bottom holes on the plate for mounting to the bracket than it does to use the top holes like shown in the photo.
