I received a new form from the automotive hall of fame to fill in the information needed to nominate John. While doing an impromptu search to gather facts on the web, before I hit my books of course, I went to Wikipedia. I'm not sure who all has contributed to the page for John. While most of the facts are accurate, somebody listed in the fbi sting operation section that John was approached to smuggle cocaine in the doors of his cars when they were shipped overseas. Either someone is playing a bad joke, or whoever wrote this section knows very little other than inaccurate rumors. It would benefit our group as a whole to monitor this from time to time to make sure there are no inaccuracies. I may start trying to post some more accurate info to Wikipedia myself.
