Not sure about a replacement, but you can do something about your current cap. My locking gas cap was difficult to turn as well, so I lubricated the locking mechanism (the plastic part on the bottom that rotates) and the key slot. It solved my problem, the key turned much more freely after that. You may want to give that a try first, having the locking gas cap keyed to your car is a great feature and it would be a shame to lose that.
