Thankyou warren,

I think I have two unrelated issues with the car. One is a fuel 
injector not firing and the other was the Lambda. Does the arcing 
wire indicate that this particular wire has failed? I have a spark 
for that wire, I just thought it was odd that it arced through the 
rubber sheath.
