Its definately an electrical issue, and relates to the turn signals. It sounds more like a high frequency chatter in the flasher relay. Signals will operate normally - then the buzz, and they stop, then the buzz stops and turn signals resume operating. It can also happen when not using the signals though. I suspect it has something to do with installing LEDs for the flas indicators in the binnacle, but all the exterior signal bulbs are stock.
