Actually No,the sound was very nice,for the time period,(it was 
considered very high tech)in fact Deloreans,were in par,with 
Corvettes of the same time era,and in fact came close to the optional 
Factory Boise system that I had in my 84 Vette back in 1985.And in 
fact made the Brickiln stereo system,look like a cheap Jap transistor 
radio..
