Paul - Anybody can still make anything they want 
for the DeLorean.  The only thing they can't do 
is use the DMC logo on the product or to advertise
the product *unless* they get a license from DMC-H.
I probably didn't make that clear enough in my 
response to Tom.  Tom can still make mirrors or
shift lever balls, but he can't etch the DMC logo 
into the glass, machine it into the shifter ball, or
use it on his website without permission.  He 
can say that his parts fit the DeLorean.
