Wow, nice 100V system, you must be the only one on the world who uses a 100V system in a car :-) Maybe you should apply at BOSCH, they tried to install 42V Systems in cars for several years now and I still haven't seen those cars around. Good job :-) My Voltmeter was very low, too lately until I cleaned and reeplaced the two bolts that feed the +12V and Ground thru the firewall. The +12V bolt was very oxydiced and I can tell you the difference is big ! Even a oversized alternator can't fix that because current can't flow where the resistance is too big. Clean those contacts and enjoy the improvement. By the way - what is this dielectric grease stuff ? I read it almost daily here on the forum but have never seen it here in europe but cars still run pretty good...
