Well, something is not right and you have to go over your work to figure out what it is. Maybe you didn't gap the plugs right, maybe they are loose, maybe the wires are not snapped on tight, maybe you pulled a wire and broke the core. You had vacuum leaks, maybe you still have some. Recheck the cold start system. Check the ignition bybass relay, and the vacuum advance system all of this when cold, when it would become active to help start a cold motor.
