I found it. The foam "cover" behind the heater/ac box was not attached. 2 pieces of duct tape and some body contortion was all it took to fix it. Man, the blower really blows now. John- Ill check on the heater valve. I am pretty sure that I was careful to hook it up correctly but you never know....
