my bad, I forgot to mention that in addition to all the original R12 being removed, I replaced the low pressure switch and the orifice valve, I then evacuated the system with a vacuum pump to 30" of mercury for 30 minutes. I let the system sit a day and then checked the vacuum again and saw that the system had not lost any vaccum. After that I proceeded with the filling of the system. At this point I'll probably just need to have the system professionally inspected, I'm just curious as to what might be the problem. When I recharged the system in my other car I went through the same proceedure and that worked fine. -Kevin VIN 2234 __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!? Tired of spam?
