Love the idea, but there is a problem, if you live in state A and want
plates from state B, state A is going to have a serious problem with
it if you don't live in state B.  Most if not all states, require you
to register your car in the state you live in within 60 days of moving
there.  Now would a cop worry about it maybe not, unless he/she is a
harda$$, but you never know.
