I pulled the cover off of the RPM relay. When I turn the key just before I start it the relay does not start it's constant clicking. After I start the car it runs for about 10 seconds and then the RPM starts clicking non-stop, about once every second or more. The relay only breaks connection for a split second. It doesn't seem to be long enough to really stop the fuel pump. I've checked all the fuses and fuse connections, as well as relay and coil connections. It seems that something after the car has run for a few seconds, is sending the RPM a signal. I've tried 2 different new RPM relays so I don't think that is it. The updates I have done to the electrical system are new relays, including new fan fail, and thicker fuse box panel.
